Our Shipping Promise
We place great importance on processing your orders as quickly as possible. As soon as the items you have ordered are in stock, they will be dispatched promptly within 5–7 business days.
If an item is not currently available, it must be reordered from one of our suppliers. In such cases, delivery times may take up to 3 weeks, depending on the supplier. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to assist you with any further questions.
Once your order has been handed over to DHL, we no longer have any influence over the shipping process. The delivery times stated below are estimates based on DHL’s standard delivery timeframes. All shipments are sent via DHL.

Please note that we operate two warehouses. Depending on item availability and the warehouse from which your order is dispatched, shipping costs and delivery times may vary. All stated shipping prices and delivery times are estimates.
Shipping to Germany & Austria
For orders with a gross value of up to €49.99, shipping costs amount to €5.39.
For orders with a gross value of €50.00 or more, shipping to Germany and Austria is free of charge.

Customs Information
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or additional fees may apply depending on the destination country and the ordered items. These costs are borne by the customer and must be paid directly to the relevant authorities.
