While long-term testing is still ongoing, prior experience shows that PLA can handle long periods of high tension.

📐 Sizes & Versions

• XS – Hole diameter: 4.8 mm
• S – Hole diameter: 7.2 mm
• M – Hole diameter: 8.4 mm
• L – Hole diameter: 9.6 mm

• (T) = With Teeth
• (WT) = Without Teeth
• (WL) = Without Lip

Please print a tensioner where the rope barely fits through the hole for proper pinching. Scaling up or down in your slicer is recommended to fit your rope perfectly.

⏱️ Print Time & Settings

Print settings will vary depending on size and version. For higher loads, use more layer outlines.

• XS and S teeth may not print properly on FDM printers, use “Without Teeth” versions instead.
• M and L teeth may have issues when using a large nozzle (0.3 mm+).
• Supports: Not required
• Perimeters: Increase depending on expected load

🎯 Troubleshooting & Tips

• Use a tensioner size where the rope barely fits for optimal gripping.
• Print “Without Teeth” for XS and S if your printer cannot handle the triangles.
• Adjust layer outlines for extra strength if needed.
• Scaling in the slicer is encouraged for precise rope fit.
