Usually Your package will be dispatched in maximum in 3 next business days after cleared payment. In case of any problem You will be informed about delays. To European Union Countries we provide shipping with DPD and UPS. Delivery can take 2-5 days. 

Exchange

First contact us via email to check if model / size / color You need is on stock. After that please send back item in original condition with short note inside about what do You need. Unfortunetly the customer pays all shipping costs.

Return

You have to inform us via email about want to return purchased item. 

with any service You choose (You pay for shipping). All should be done within 14 days of receipt, in original condition complete with any packaging and labels intact. Very important is to put inside the package note with Your name, address, original receipt or invoice and information that you require a refund of the item price. Amout will be refund on Your PayPal account within max. 6 working days. Shipping costs are not refundable.
